Games you bought
- You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying a game, as long as you have played it for less than 2 hours, for any reason.
- When you ask, tell us roughly how long you played. Games run on your own PC, so we go by what you tell us.
- If a game doesn't run on your PC, doesn't match its store page, or is removed for breaking our rules, you can ask for a refund at any time.
- When a refund is made, the game is removed from your library and you can no longer download it.
- We may refuse refunds that look like abuse, for example repeatedly buying and refunding the same game.
How to ask
Email support@kodacade.com from the address on your KodaCade account and tell us which game it is. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
For developers: publishing fees
- Your first published game is free. Each additional game has a one-time $9.99 publishing fee, charged after the listing is approved.
- If you paid the fee and the listing is not published within 30 days for reasons on our side, we refund it.
- Once a game is published, its fee is not refundable.
- When a player gets a refund, your share of that sale is taken back from your payouts.
